They have it all covered! From Jason Lee the General Manager to Ricki Shamen of sales to Sean Mohammed the finance manager, there is no better all round team out there. I was greeted with a smile from the moment I walked in the door. All the staff is courteous and polite and the overall atmosphere is clean and attractive and had a feel of luxury. I highly recommend not only the dealership - one of the best I have been through - but the people there as well. It was such a wonderful experience - thank you all!

Great dealership, great people and great experiences! I live 40 miles away from this dealership but wouldn’t go anywhere else. I just drove home my 3rd BMW yesterday, and my salesman Manny is the absolute best. He doesn’t just sell you a car and forget about you, but keeps in touch throughout the lease to make sure you’re happy and things are well with the vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership and be sure to see Manny, he truly cares about his customers and spends the time finding what you want at your price point.

I had a great experience, from the greeter, the car loaner person, to the service specialist. I’m new to BMW, after my Lexus was totaled and my son let me adopt his BMW. I expect and am used to being treated well by my car dealer services centers. I was informed of the pending charges and given the option of accepting certain things regarding my car, and given a loaner that was not too different from my new car, Petra. I will go back.

1. Richard Viole provide us very professional service and he tried hard to give us a great experience 2. I was disappointed to find out that the costume car was missing the audio system i asked to include in the car. i think that it will improve the overall experience if it will be easy to track what you order and what you get and not find it the day you pick up the car. 3. i spent almost 3.5 hours on the dealership to close the deal- i think that it can be more efficient
